Job Description

Administrative candidate with a focus on Inventory Control is needed to join AGM Imports of Hardeeville, South Carolina. AGM Imports is the premier wholesaler of Granite, Marble and related products in the southeast. Some of the Specific Responsibilities will include:


         You will be part of the AGM Administrative Group


o   Process Container Inventory Transactions (Invoicing, Packing Lists, Material Pictures, Inspections, Freight Factors, Container Logistics, Labeling)


o   Complete Responsibility of Inventory on Hold (Creating/Deleting Holds and monitoring 4 AGM locations for policy compliance)


o   Data Entry for all inventory Control related issues


o   Resolve Inventory discrepancies with vendors in conjunction with COO


o   Physical Inventory Counts as required


o   Answer phones along with Office Staff as occasional receptionist  


 


         You will part of (assisting) the AGM Sales Group


o   Quote Pricing for visiting customers


o   Meet and Greet customers as a receptionist when called on acting as an Inside Salesperson  


Attributes needed for job consideration will be:


         Strong communications skills (phone and in person) as you will also be working with other AGM Imports locations.


         Organizational Skills to multi-task with several account demands & administrative work


         Attention to details as you will be working with our inventory systems


 


Job Requirements for job consideration will be:


         Higher Education would be a plus but not required


         Proven history in an office environment (Granite industry would be a plus, but again not required)


         Working knowledge of Microsoft Office in addition to learning the company software platform

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
