The RN Case Manager position encompasses the overall responsibility for coordinating patient care activities to conform to evidence-based practice and regulatory/payer requirements. This position integrates functions typically considered to be case management, care coordination and/or utilization management and review as well as a discharge planning assessment.
Must have South Carolina Registered Nurse license and current BLS. BSN is preferred. Must also have five years of bedside nursing experience including recent acute hospital experience. Care management experience is also preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
